Vinyasa Flow

Your 'go-to' daily dose of power inspired flow. This is the class to take when you want move, flow and sweat, be challenged physically and mentally and see a dramatic change in your body and mind. 

Our Vinyasa Flow classes are dynamic classes that synchronise movement and breath in a continuous flow of poses, beginning with Sun Salutations. They are energetic, creative and lots of fun!

Vinyasa Slow Flow

The pace may be slower, but don't let that fool you. Poses can be refined and strengthened, without feeling rushed into the next move, next breath, or next pose. Slow Flow allows you to become familiar with your body, create a reflective pause, and create the time to go inward all whilst building strength.

Postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower. The slower nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.

A slower pace but no less of a challenge!!
