Salute to the sun

This class is a powerful and energising morning ritual practise, dedicated to the "true" meaning of Surya and his famous "Sun Salutation" Surya Namaskar.  We guide you through and energising and brisk practise beginning with warming the spine, then we turn up the heat to a more dynamic flow with both traditional and creative "Sun Salutations".

This class offers a perfect start to the day!

Go with the FLOW

Vinyasa Flow

Our Vinyasa Flow and Slow Flow classes are both dynamic and slower paced classes that synchronise movement and breath in a continuous flow of poses, beginning with Sun Salutations. They are energetic, creative and lots of fun!

Your 'go-to' daily dose of power inspired flow. This is the class to take when you want move, flow and sweat, be challenged physically and mentally and see a dramatic change in your body and mind.

Vinyasa Slow Flow

Our Slow Flow classes are light and creative, but slower paced and gentler than our Power Vinyasa classes. Postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower. The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.

A slower pace but no less of a challenge!!

YIN/Restore

Challenge yourself to better hold poses and deepen your stretches with this yin-and restorative focused yoga.

We have combined both a “Restorative” and “Yin” practise to slow down and nourish the entire Mind, Body and Soul.

Restorative Yoga uses props to support the body in positions of ease and comfort to facilitate relaxation and health. It is a practice of deliberate stillness and requires no muscular effort. In this class, you have are given options to take either a Restorative (restful or nurturing approach) or Yin, which is dependant on how you feel on any given day.

We will settle into some supported floor poses (gentle twists, supported forward folds and back bends, slight/supported inversions, and different versions of Savasana).

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced approach practice where poses are held for a longer period of time in a relaxed manner, up to 5 minutes or more. Yin in particular is a safe practise in order to increase flexibility and stretch and lengthen muscles.

On the physical level Yin Yoga targets bones, joints and connective tissues. Yin restore harmony in the subtle body by targeting the channels that run through the connective tissues.

Yin Yoga is a Quiet Practice.
